Nuitrition Workshop

A four (4 hour) Saturday instructional workshop that will allow you to learn from and participate in the following discussion:

  • Basic Nutrition on Carbohydrate Counting, Glycemic index, Fiber, Water, Sugar Alcohols, Sugar Substitutes, Protein and Fat facts
  • Meal Planning review of Label reading, Portion sizes, Meal replacements, Alcohol and Eating Out, Guidelines for low blood sugar and sick day and a session on planning a sample menu.
